Suggested Use: 1-3 cups daily for 1-12 weeks, then 1-2 cups daily, or periodically as a tonic, as needed. Use together with a healthy diet, exercise and stress reduction techniques. As a delicious addition, drink along with Triple Leaf Mulberry Leaf Tea or American Ginseng Tea.
